Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of sixteen after having ended her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. In 2017, she was just 17 when she received her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. When she quit her gymnastics profession and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness competitions when she was 16. One year later at 17, she won her pro card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel was off the stage for 6 years in order to finish her college. In 2015, she came back to the stage to compete at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete for several years after her first show, setting more ambitious targets for herself every year. She had already achieved four more fitness championships. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel Ariel Ariel took the time off for six years from competing when she earned her pro-card to complete her college degree. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback during her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished in third place. In the summer of 2016, she won the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage a month later, and came home with 6th place, for the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations prior to the event and was satisfied with the results. The competition was among the best. Ariel continues to impress bringing improvements to her body every year. Ariel is known to be focused upon her lower back. The exercises she uses to strengthen her back include bent-over row on the machine with single arm lat pull downs. She will warm up prior to moving onto sets. Ariel gets the most out of her time. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings for all her exercises in the back. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
